Returns

 

If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return. We’ll give you a full refund minus any shipping fees, by the same method you used to pay. 

We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached.

    Custom orders, sale items and personalised items, pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is also in accordance with UK Health & Safety Law. 

    Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

    Returns should be packaged carefully to prevent damage in transit and a note of your name and order number must be included along with your returned item(s). We recommend you use an insured and tracked delivery service, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.

    Items returned from overseas (non-EU countries) should clearly state "Returned Goods - Unsuitable" on the outside wrapper and a Customs Declaration form should be completed as failure to do so may incur UK Customs & Excise import duty which will be deducted from any refund.


    New return form

    A return form is included in your parcel. If you no longer have this form, simply print and fill in all required information in a new form.
